Leisure Leagues – Leicester and Nantwich

Looking for offers in the region of: £ 1,500

Relocatable? No

Business Information

Due to increasing time commitments with our other leagues and external projects we are looking to sell two of our areas
Leicester East – LE3, LE4 and LE19
Nantwich – CW5

With one 8 team league in one area you’re looking at £300-£400 a month in profit.

Both areas are have lots of potential but with me now taking on more of an active role with other businesses I do not have time to develop them.
Leicester has had leagues running there before and we have a free slot at 3G at Fullhurst college ready to go, and also a ref ready to take it over – 3 teams on waiting list
Nantwich we have a good relationship with Crewe Vagrants club (a very cheap centre) and first call on a new sports hall at Reeseheath which is currently being built – 2 teams on waiting list

As I say selling on due to time and distance we simply can’t do them justice

To buy them new from head office you are looking at £4,000+
Looking for £1,500 for each, as we wish to remove ourselves from the obligations of these leagues to focus on our other businesses and more local leagues. Anyone looking to take both we may be flexible on the price
These leagues can be run locally but don’t have to be, if you get the right staff they can be run remotely

Cheers

Franchise Information

Leisure Leagues is a 5 and 6 a side football franchise.
A Leisure Leagues franchise offers the opportunity to earn a full time wage and beyond either alongside your existing career or as a career in itself. The product sells itself and as there are now more people playing small sided football than the traditional 11 a side game (over 5 million). The potential is huge and we at Leisure Leagues Franchise are at the forefront of this market!

Your income is derived from charging teams a weekly match fee, which after all the fixed costs (pitch hire, referee’s expenses etc.) have been deducted, should leave a healthy profit margin of around the 50-60% mark.

This means that on average each team is worth around £700 to you in profit per annum. So whether you are looking to build a football ‘empire’ or just an steady additional income then a Leisure Leagues franchise will work for you…

We have been successfully operating small sided football leagues for over 20 years and currently have leagues all over the UK, Ireland and even the USA!

Our infrastructure is second to none within our industry with our fully interactive website receiving around two million visitors each year. Our highly rated smartphone app has proved to be a great success and offers a whole new medium of communication with our players. This IT infrastructure alone will help your business ‘stand out from the crowd’ and would be cost prohibitive to replicate on a local level.

Other advantages of working with us are access to the savings that our huge buying power offers with professionally branded, high quality trophies, match balls and kits available to you for a fraction of the equivalent retail costs.

We also cover your public liability insurance so you never need to worry about having the appropriate level of cover or the associated expense.

Initial franchisee training takes place at our Warwickshire head office. The training course covers all aspects of the small sided football leagues business including:

Team recruitment
Rules and regulations
Developing new leagues
Managing a league
League administration
Discipline
Competition
After your training, we are with you every step of the way with a dedicated franchise account manager and visits to your leagues. In addition to this initial training we also offer a variety of additional services at cost in the form of promotional days where you ‘shadow’ one of our experienced team recruitment staff and learn how to effectively recruit new teams in your area as well as Facebook promotion and E-shots to large data bases of contacts.

Financial Information

Each area comes with a £115.20 fee per month – this covers website and support etc.
However with this, centre and referee fees taken into account an 8 team league can still be worth £300-£400 per month in profit
